A sitting here runs like a small survey: notes first, measurements second, instruments last. This is the shape of a ordinary working session at the table, start to end.
It opens with the field notes — the changing lines for the day: one setting, one light, a short list of outfits. Her survey card is pasted at the head of the first prompt unchanged. Standard frames are generated generously at 6 credits each, because the standard model is the notebook of this studio: cheap, quick, honest.
Then the cull, by triangulation against the card. The best third survives. One or two frames earn an edit at 21 credits — a wardrobe correction, a light repair. The single strongest frame is considered for premium regeneration or a swap, and only the final keepers go to the upscaler for delivery size.
The sitting closes with the record updated: which frames were kept, which lines of the field notes produced them. Next sitting starts from the same card and better notes. That is the entire method — measure once, judge by three points, finish last.
