One viewpoint flatters; three points tell the truth. Judging at this table is triangulation: every frame is sighted from three fixed points before any finishing credit is spent, and the three points never move.
Point one is the card. Read the frame against the five recorded lines — age, hair, build, face, signature. A frame that fails the record is a cull, however striking it looks in isolation. Point two is the craft: hands, edges, light direction, the background behind her. A frame true to the card but broken in craft goes to the editor for one precise repair. Point three is the purpose: does this frame do the job it was commissioned for — cover, feed, first frame for video? A true, clean frame with no purpose is still not a keeper.
Frames that pass all three points earn finishing in order: repair, swap, upscale. The upscaler is the last instrument on the table, never the first — it raises resolution, not truth.
Three points, two minutes, no exceptions. That is the whole of judging here, and it is enough.
